When you create an account on ZeroXP, we collect your email address and a chosen alias. We do not collect your real name, phone number, or physical address. When you use the Pathways AI assistant, your conversation messages are sent to our AI provider to generate responses but are not stored permanently. If you upload documents (such as PDFs for visa or application help), the text is extracted temporarily to provide AI assistance and is not retained after your session.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain your ZeroXP account
- Display personalized job listings and recommendations
- Power the Pathways AI assistant for study-abroad guidance
- Improve our services and user experience
- Send important service-related communications
3. Job Data
ZeroXP aggregates publicly available job listings from various sources including LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Internshala, YC Work at a Startup, and other job boards. We do not create or endorse any specific job listing. All job data is sourced from public APIs and websites. Job listings are refreshed every 2 hours and automatically removed after 30 days.
4. Cookies and Advertising
We use cookies to maintain your login session. We also use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. 5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered Pathways assistant
- Stripe — Payment processing for sponsored job posts
- Google AdSense — Advertising
- YouTube — Tutorial video recommendations
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your personal data, saved jobs, and community posts will be permanently removed. You may also request a copy of your data by emailing us.
